1. Introduction:
- These terms and conditions govern the use of our mobile RV repair services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided:
- We specialize in diagnosing and repairing all types of RV issues. Our services are communicated through text, call, and email.

3. SMS Opt-In Consent:
- By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from us regarding service updates, appointment confirmations, and promotional offers.
- Consent is obtained through an opt-in process where you explicitly agree to receive messages by responding to an SMS or checking a consent box on our website or service request form.
4. Service Call Fee:
- A service call fee of $125 is applicable for all repairs. This fee may vary based on distance from our standard service area. If a technician must leave and return for the same issue, this fee will not be charged again.
5. Warranty:
- We offer a 90-day warranty on company supplied parts (not on customer supplied parts), and labor for all repairs performed. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damages due to misuse or neglect.
6. Limitation of Liability:
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to any personal property arising from the use of our repair services.

7. Credit Card Fees:
- We charge a fee of 2.5% of the total bill when processing payment with a credit/debit card in person, and a 3.5% fee for credit/debit cards ran manually. This fee is non refundable, and not applicable when payment is made with cash or a check.
8. Modification of Terms:
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email or text.
9. Governing Law:
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided.
